5 Spot

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 5 rounds of the following circuit
1-minute Plank Hold
20 Step-Ups (10 per leg, alternating)
25 Sit-Ups
Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Substitute weighted step-ups for regular step-ups by holding a medium-weight kettlebell or dumbbell in front of your chest!
